You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any point prior to its processing. Once your product has been dispatched and you receive tracking information, our “Exchange Policy” will come into effect.
Please note that HIJAB-E-KANZ reserves the right to cancel orders under various circumstances, including but not limited to the following:
1. If the item is unavailable or out of stock.
2. In the event of pricing errors.
3. If the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
In such cases, we may need to cancel the order.
