At Hijab-e-Kanz, we offer our customers the option to exchange items purchased from our online store, provided they meet certain conditions. If you wish to initiate an exchange, please get in touch with our customer service for guidance on the courier process.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. A request for exchange must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving the purchased item through email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. The reason(s) for the exchange must be clearly stated in the customer’s request.
3. The item must be in its original packaging with the price tag intact.
4. Include the original invoice of the item to be exchanged along with the item itself.
5. The item must be in its original, unused condition without any odors, perfume scents, stains, or signs of wear and washing.
Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange. If an item bought at the regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price. Hijab-e-kanz reserves the right to accept or deny exchange requests at its sole discretion.
Once an exchange request is accepted, our customer service will notify you accordingly. Please be aware that this exchange policy is not applicable to orders shipped outside Pakistan.
Hijab-e-Kanz strictly adheres to a ‘NO refund’ policy, and cashback options are not available. The Exchange Policy becomes applicable once the customer has placed an order, received the parcel, or completed the payment process.
Damage & Claims
We also allow exchanges for damaged items under specific conditions. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, the wrong size, or the wrong item, please report the issue within 2 working days, along with the paper invoice, through a call, message, or email.
Kindly allow up to one week for the processing of damage and claims.
